    Pre-meeting preparation
    Before our meeting, I will review the information you provide to ensure our time is used effectively. You will need to fill out a disclaimer, a health background questionnaire, and a 3-day food journal.
    60-minute initial consultation
    Health History:  Understanding your medical background is crucial for creating a tailored health plan.
    Current Symptoms:  We'll discuss any symptoms you're experiencing to identify potential underlying causes.
    Diet and Lifestyle:  Your daily habits play a significant role in your overall health. We’ll review and optimize them.
    Recent Blood Tests:  Analyzing your recent blood work (if any) to gather a complete picture of your health.
    Supplements:  Evaluating your supplement intake (if any) to ensure you're getting the right nutrients.
    This holistic approach helps identify the underlying causes of your health concerns. If your last consultation was over a year ago, an initial consultation is required to reassess and update your health plan.
  • Follow-up Consultation
    Follow-up consultations are essential for tracking your progress and making necessary adjustments to your health plan. Here’s what you can expect:
    Progress Review:  We’ll evaluate your progress and make adjustments to keep you on track.
    Goal Adjustment:  As you achieve your goals, we’ll set new ones to ensure continuous improvement.
    Diet and Lifestyle Refinement:  Fine-tuning your plan to better suit your evolving needs.
    Problem-Solving:  Addressing any challenges you’ve encountered and providing solutions.
    Education and Resources:  Ongoing education to empower you with knowledge and practical strategies.
    Each follow-up consultation is a 30-minute video call. Follow-up consultations can only be purchased after completing an initial consultation. Each follow-up consultation must be scheduled no more than one month apart from the previous consultation call.

Highly recommend his service! At first, I thought having the information and tips on how to be healthy is good enough, which John health coach always shares. But having 12 weeks transformation sessions is totally another level. I was skeptical of how it could work by just consulting once a week, but truly, having someone to work with and help making little changes every week really makes a big difference. Not only for weight loss or better body shape (which was what I aim for) To my surprise, at the 4th week, my skin condition has improved (bonus) and my stomach pain from eating has improved too (extra bonus). It is more to help you to change your perspective on food, so it applies not only on the 12 weeks but can sustain forever! Worth a try if you have tried so many other ways and it doesn't work or sustain.

During these 12 sessions, I thank God that He put you in my life. You have taught me how to change my bad habits in my life since childhood, I thank you for teaching me how to appreciate myself, saying good things about myself.
