John Health Coach offers online courses, 1-1 coaching consultation services, other digital products, and a blog. All services are provided through our online platform and are subject to availability.

For 1-1 coaching consultations, the initial session is 60 minutes in length, and follow-up sessions last 30 minutes. Follow-up consultations can only be purchased after completing an initial consultation. 

If the follow-up consultation was over a year ago, an initial consultation is required to reassess and update your health plan.

Please note that coaching sessions might be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.

To access certain features of our website, including accessing your purchased courses, subscribing to our email list, and commenting on blog posts, you may be required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep your account details updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.

All payments for online courses and coaching services must be made in advance through the payment methods provided on our website. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice.

Online Courses: A 50% refund will be issued if participants send a written refund request, including their reasons for the refund, to support@johnhealthcoach.com within 14 days after the course purchase and have not utilized any coaching sessions (if included). The refund request will be subject to approval.

1-1 Coaching Sessions: If you pay for a program or package deal and wish to cancel your follow-up appointments after the first session/initial consultation, a 50% refund will be issued. Please submit a written refund request, including reason, to support@johnhealthcoach.com

Other Digital Products (Downloadables, PDFs, eBooks): Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of downloadable products are final. We do not offer refunds for these items once they have been delivered.

If you need to cancel a 1-1 coaching session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

All content provided on this website, including course materials, coaching sessions, and blog posts, is for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without our explicit permission.
